The staff is amazing and follows the doctors' lead. Every visit is seamless, from checking in to checking out. The doctors are caring and professional, and they truly care for their patients. They are kind, compassionate, and understanding, and they listen with intent. However, some patients have had issues with the billing process, finding it ambiguous and inefficient. Despite this, the doctors are exceptional, and patients have a lot of confidence in their work. The staff is friendly and professional, but some patients have experienced wait times of around 45 minutes after their appointment time. Overall, Piedmont Physicians of Towne Lake Primary Care has a great team of doctors and staff.
Doctor Hudson sets the standard. She gives you her full attention, asks thoughtful questions, listens without rushing, and remembers not just your history but the details of your life and family. She’s exceptional, and I recommend her without hesitation to anyone.
