Piedmont Physicians of Towne Lake Primary Care has doctors who set the standard. They give full attention, ask thoughtful questions, and listen without rushing. The staff is amazing and follows the doctors' lead. Every visit is seamless, from checking in to checking out. The doctors are caring and professional, and they truly care for their patients. They are kind, compassionate, and understanding, and they listen with intent. However, some patients have had issues with the billing process, finding it ambiguous and inefficient. Despite this, the doctors are exceptional, and patients have a lot of confidence in their work. The staff is friendly and professional, but some patients have experienced wait times of around 45 minutes after their appointment time. Overall, Piedmont Physicians of Towne Lake Primary Care has a great team of doctors and staff.
The entire visit experience was better than just a few years ago. Front desk attendant, nurse and doctor were very professional. Dr. Foote is very knowledgeable on internal medicine issues as well as being thorough. Very pleased.

Walked into lobby, for my 11:30 appt And the waiting room was packed. I thought I would be here a couple hrs. Front desk girl greeted me hi. She was efficent. And about 20 min wait I was in and Dr Hima was professional friendly,and had blood work done .Thank you...
