I have been here myself and take an elderly neighbor I am caring for. Trying to schedule follow-up appointments and cannot get a phone call back. The follow-ups aren't even with the Dr!!!!
I have been a patient here for over 6 years. The staff is great and really helpful. The office is clean and relaxing. I am so very grateful to have Marsha Alexander as my provider. She listens and has compassion. I always feel comfortable asking questions. She recently went over and beyond to help me after receiving concerning test results. She has helped me a great deal. I recommend anyone needing neurological care to go here!
After series of tests that took 7 months to complete Dr. Reisman did not attend my results appointment. Instead she had her PA review the results. I should have met with the doctor. I had questions. You can not speak to anyone when you call the practice. Leave a message and you very likely not going to receive a callback. The employee who handles the patient portal is not professional and lacks communication skills.
