“A service technician came to service my air conditioner because it was not cooling properly. After his analysis he told me he could repair it but based on his findings he suggested that the unit be replaced. A few day later a sales representative came out and gave me quotes on various options. I'm happy to say that I replaced my air conditioning unit as well as my furnace and I am very pleased with the work Progressive did. Great job -- each team was very professional.“

“Reese Services was super helpful. Of course the Central Air Unit would give us issues in the middle of summer when the days were in the high 90’s. Nate, who is the business owner came out and assessed the situation and answered every question I had. He allowed me to even watch the process because I’m a person that just likes to know things, and he didn’t mind. He changed the motor and fan in no time.. I don’t know how he does it, It was literally 1000 degrees in my attic.Super friendly, reliable, helpful and the AC is working better than ever! Thanks Nate and Debbie!!“
