“We had Gibby's come out a few weeks ago and replace the 25+ year old duct work that had apparently been installed by the previous home owner and not a professional. Matthew, the owner, came out to the house and gave us an estimate to replace it. 2 days later, we had all new duct work installed in a matter of just a few hours. Tyler and Taylor were very professional and worked the entire time. They only stopped for lunch. A week ago I contacted Gibby's again for a service call and a possible replacement cost of a new 3 ton system. Matthew, came out himself again. I was outside by the old unit chatting with him. I worked for a HVAC company for several years so it took about 10 seconds for me to notice that one of the lines was already icing up. That unit was about 20 years old. Just a couple days later, Matthew and part of his crew were out here installing our new system. It is working amazing!! The employees at Gibby's are very professional and hard working. From then on, I’ve used him for checking my system over each spring to make sure everything is ready to go. This year it was time to replace the 26 year old original unit.
