A few weeks ago, in the middle of a blazing heat wave, my A/C went out. The technician came on a Friday and determined that it was my evaporator coil, which was still under warranty through Trane. The technician provided a solid quote for the repairs and ordered the coil. He also mentioned they had portable units, but I foolishly declined. By Sunday, my dogs, Brooklyn and Bentley, and I were miserable. I called Evans on Sunday afternoon, fully expecting to leave a message, but Christina answered.
