“I rarely leave reviews but this was a 5 star experience! When I called in to inquire about their services, the receptionist Tasha was very helpful and was able to get me in for an appointment in less than an hour. When I got there, the facility was very clean and the ambiance was top tier.
Once I got to the back to begin the procedure, Anne was waiting to give me a rundown of how the process was going to go. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient when answering any questions or concerns I may have had.
During the procedure, I experienced very slight discomfort and mild cramping, which I had expected, and Anne provided a heating pad which was extremely helpful.
Following the procedure I received a probiotic supplement and electrolytes to replenish what I had lost. The customer service at this facility is a 10/10 so I could not leave without making a follow-up appointment! I will also be recommending this place to family and friends.
