Rude and careless! Initially I was excited to be seen by someone that looks like me but I was in for a rude awakening!For starters, my appointment was at 2:30p, wasn’t called back for 30 minutes. Once I finished the initial check-in I had to wait another 30 minutes to be seen. Doctor kept cutting me off as I was giving medical history. I called in today to get a prescription filled, they opened at 8am; no answer till 8:45a. I was told the doctor wasn’t in the office but they would rely the message as she saw the request in my file. My mom goes here I would run far away go somewhere where you won't be judged or told false information or wait for hrs just to see someone other than your dr. If you don't care how you are talked to this facility is the way to go.

Had an appointment for 10am, saw the doctor almost two hours later. I am assuming Dr. Fidelia Osinubi is a teaching practice, as she had a Dr. who is doing his residency. I think as a first time patient, I should have saw just her. The Dr. Was nice enough but between the wait time and never being able to speak to someone in the front desk area when you call... I would not recommend.
