Extremely professional bedside manners. Dr O is friendly, empathetic and very approachable. This is my first time visiting, and I’m happily making her practice my go to as my primary care doctor.

I love Dr. O. I've been seeing her for a few years. However, her front desk staff needs drastic improvements. Ms. Silds is so rude. Although she is seasoned, she is unwelcoming and unprofessional. The way she communicates with the patients is baffling. She is completely unapproachable and when speaking with her, she rushes the process or act/look as if you are bothering her. The front desk is the face of the office. Dr. O is a great doctor and often teaches med students. Ms. Silds however does not make the patients visits pleasurable. Had an appointment for 10am, saw the doctor almost two hours later. I am assuming Dr. Fidelia Osinubi is a teaching practice, as she had a Dr. who is doing his residency. I think as a first time patient, I should have saw just her. The Dr. Was nice enough but between the wait time and never being able to speak to someone in the front desk area when you call... I would not recommend.
