I had my third visit yesterday and my fingernails were good. Before I left the staff member stooped down to help slide my feet into my sandals because I received a manicure first. She got my left sandal on then was helping with my right sandal. I felt her touch my big toe but I imagined she was making sure the paint was dry. Turns out the paint was smudged but I didn't see it until I got home. That was deceitful and I'm not ever going back. She should have suggested that I stay and get it repaired.

I went in literally around 4:30 p.m. or 5 o’clock p.m. TODAY and had a manicure and a gel pedicure done and my total including tip of $4.00 was $93.00. When. I went in I asked for the nail tech Wendy that I have been pleased with for my last 2 visits but was told she was out on vacation until July 5th so I decided to give another nail technician the opportunity since I had a good experience with her and I needed my nails done for a event. I assumed everyone should be well qualified and trained to give the customer what they asked for. Need more help!! I repeat, need more help.. this place has the potential to be great. However, they need extra help. Business hours do not match what is being told on the website. Open at 9 am, no one arrives until 10 am. When someone does arrive only 1 more person.. smh!!!! On a positive note, I love my nails and my toes they did a beautiful job. Please work on the customer service.
