I lost 50 lbs and dropped my A1C from a 10 to 5.5 working with the trainers and Sensei Chapman. This place changed my life and has become a second home to me so, yeah, I recommend you come down and talk to Sensei Tony and Robert Chapman about a free class. Warning though, this is for adults and kids (8 years old and up) who want a serious workout. We're not training the next generation of Power Rangers! You will get your money's worth and then some!“
