Jeremy has taught us things that we can utilize in realistic situations and while being fun, it also helps my family and I feel more secure in case of such happening. As someone who's had experience delivering pizzas late at night, I was in a situation where I knew I needed to learn some self-defense. I looked around and Jeremy answered my initial email and questions quickly. After several short months, I went from having no experience in defending myself to learning a wide range of movements that are all based on practical situations. I feel much safer now in case I need to use what I have learned (but hopefully it doesn't come to that).
