I had no previous experience and was interested in learning self defense, conditioning and community; Coach Fogel welcomed me as a true beginner. His passion, extensive expertise and positive energy are on full display in every class while also seamlessly teaching and coaching students at all skill levels keeping everyone engaged and honing their skills in a safe training environment.
