My youngest is very shy and is still not ready to join the classes- but he watches from the sidelines. The staff are SO kind and welcoming and go out of their way to also ask him if he’s ready to try and make him feel included. My oldest has had a BLAST and can’t wait to go to every class. Can’t recommend this location enough!“

“My kid loves doing taekwondo here! The owners are super nice and friendly. The instructors are respectful and professional. I love that each belt color represents a key concept, and they actually talk to the students about them and teach what each one means.“
“Best birthday party!!!They are so organized and had the kids entertained from the minute they got there until they left. I was so impressed.!!An amazing Martial Arts School !“
“I've been going to UFT for almost 3 years now and it is a really great school. Classes are challenging but rewarding, and the masters will personally help you through tough techniques or excersizes. Also, if your and UFT's class schedule collides, then they are very flexible and will make sure you can make it. They explain everything about their contracts and the options thoroughly. The only taekwondo school that feels like home to me.“
“Dropped in here for a BJJ class from out of state. Paul was there at the front desk and greeted me along with another staff as soon as a came in. Paid a drop-in fee as a visitor. This gym is VERY nice. It has a lobby area with couches, a fitness/weight area, clean locker rooms, and sufficient mat space. Paul taught the intro/fundamentals class where we did some warm ups, basic judo trip, butterfly sweep and Americana from side control. We wrapped up the class with a positional round and a some standard rounds. I had to leave before the later classes started but there were a lot of students with a variety of ranks.Overall this is definitely a great gym with good instructors and students. If I lived in the area, this is very likely where I would train given. Highly recommend to visitors or people looking for a place to train long term.“
