My daughter is part of the team for years and she love it!!

My son is 6 and TKD is the first sports activity experience he seemed interested in and he absolutely loves it. I think the methods taught at Tiger Rock are great for little ones to move their way up and gain valuable life tools - he is learning patience, how to compete, win/not win, challenge himself and defend himself. It’s been a great experience so far!

My son has been attending Tiger Rock of Lawrenceville for about a year now and we love it! All of the instructors are knowledgeable and are very patient with the children . My son has developed skills like self defense and problem solving that he can use not only now but in the future as he continues to grow. I love seeing the confidence he’s been showing and the willingness to try new things now . Thank you so much to the staff at Tiger Rock Lawrenceville !
