They were very kind and respectful and even offered me pizza the employees had just ordered while I was waiting and allowed me to borrow a charger. My only complaint is the time it took. I understand that multi-tasking is part of the job at times but doing 4 + heads simultaneously creates a bad experience for some like myself. A rough estimated wait time should be given initially because I was there for 5hrs despite them starting the coloring right away. Aside from them being understaffed, and taking too long, I'd recommend this place for my natural hair girls. I had 0 heat damage. Solid spot!“

So don't be expecting to be ultra pampered so there's no water or coffee and tea service or beer and wine ( I used to love going to the salon back in Boston on Thursday or Friday evening for just this little extra they threw in) They do a good job and she kept good conversation. They weren't busy at all and I think that's due to her location more than anything.
