“Came to the shop as a walk-in as the stylist I had previously booked online cancelled on me last minute. I came into the shop the stylist/owner Mz.Toni informed me of her client to stylist policy; I was a bit skeptical but I went along with it as I was a walk-in and she explained to me the reason she put the policy in place. Upon leaving my daughter started to cry Mz.Toni stated she’d be fine. I sat in my car in front of the shop and observed the service once I was comfortable I left and ran a few errands when I returned my baby was a smiles and her hair looked good as well… I gave 4 stars only bcuz parents have to wait in the car but we had an overall great experience. “I have never been to this establishment to get my hair done, but I have dealt with Brenda over the phone. Her professionalism was lacking and she was quite rude. Despite that I am giving her 5 stars. Why? Because we are both small businesses in the Clayton County area and I believe we should lift each other up and not tear each other down.“
