“Came to the shop as a walk-in as the stylist I had previously booked online cancelled on me last minute. I came into the shop the stylist/owner Mz.Toni informed me of her client to stylist policy; I was a bit skeptical but I went along with it as I was a walk-in and she explained to me the reason she put the policy in place. Upon leaving my daughter started to cry Mz.Toni stated she’d be fine. I sat in my car in front of the shop and observed the service once I was comfortable I left and ran a few errands when I returned my baby was a smiles and her hair looked good as well… I gave 4 stars only bcuz parents have to wait in the car but we had an overall great experience. They washed and blow-dried my hair, and the entire process for my boho braids took about five hours. The braids were neat with clean, precise parts, and the quality of the work was excellent.
