I personally have always hesitated to do anything with my hair and get anxiety from the experience until Sarah was my stylist. Sarah has a wonderful, calming presence. She always checks in with me during my appointment to make sure I like what she is doing and makes me feel comfortable. She has great focus and vision and always makes my hair better than I pictured. I could not reccomend her enough and think she is wonderful! Her work speaks for herself and her amazing spirit and passion for her work does the rest!“

Is friendly, talkative if you want that, or quite if you prefer that. Update to this review: 01/13/2026 Not quite sure what went wrong, Carlean must've been having a bad day. Told her I wanted same as last month. What I received is not even close!! This cut ranks the highest dislike I've ever had! She didn't cut it close to what I wanted! Yes, I asked her why it happened and that it was way to short! Sorry to say, but my normal tip was not given to her. I chose the lowest tip. I hope she is having better days!“

“This was not a hair appointment, it was an experience. Truth be told Ima was styling my hair from the moment I walked in. She asked reaffirming questions. She ensured my hair framed my face. When I walked in, my hair was to my hips and I desperately needed some help to get back me. 3 hour hair wash days were becoming way too tiresome as a busy mom. She gave me the most thorough layered cut I’ve ever had. Ensuring every piece laid beautifully on my head. My hair has bounce and body again. I didn’t even know my hair could do this anymore.
