Installed my AC. had them come out a year later due to AC going out. THe tech came out (on some kind of upper). He never went into the attic. They replaced my compressor and charged me 500 for labor. A couple days later AC shut off again and they wouldnt come back out. Come to find out a drain pipe was never installed for the drain pan which would hit the auto cut off switch to avoid flooding. I installed the pipe myself to resolve the issue. A year later called again due to sagging in the attic vent system. Refused service. Would NEVER hire these people again.

We had a new home built and had a coil issue with the new unit, the owner was called and they installed the new ac coil as soon as it arrived. No issues after that. We’ve used them for 3 years and their service has been great.

I have tried working with Anderson for the last 2 years since I bought my house. Missed a phone call while on vacation and they chastised me for it. Pretty much blew me off after that. A year later after never doing what they said they would do my ac isn't working. They came out and said it has a broken part ok...next they say part is back ordered and have no time frame. I wait for a couple weeks with no AC and no call no updates or anything. I reach out to another ac company they came out same day and tell me the parts are available and they will have it fixed in 3 to 5 days when the parts come in.
