Amy is very knowledgeable,and honest. She fills out all the warranty information for you and mails it in. Most of us don't take the time to do this or forget to do it. They are reliable and actually care about their reputation. They service St Mary's only so they don't over extend them selves and are family owned. Thank you for being a trustworthy business.

Excellent Company and Technicians. Had to have the outside condenser coils replaced (leak). Eric and Kieth (techs) arrived right on time (7:30 AM), worked in the rain and had our system back in service by 11AM. Xcellent techs & service....trustworthy and professional. 1 issue I did have was paying half of the fee before the work was started.....but I understand that this is the new way of doing business in these parts, because of unsavory customers....which makes it bad for everyone else that is honest!
