“Air conditioning went out in the middle of the night. So I called Sam Pickeren trying to be prepared for the worst. I chose them because I work for Amato Pilates and when the studio AC went out they came and fixed it fast.They did not disappoint this time either. Called as soon as they opened, Gil Chaviano was out to my home by that afternoon. He was fast, very friendly, and up front about any costs before performing any work. It was a thermostat issue and he even took the time to explain how to use the new one! Residential or business. 10 out of 10 ?“
