“I've never had my cat act so calm at a vet visit until I came here. Someone greets you in the parking lot with a towel that has calming pheromones for your pet. The cat room has toys, treats and a cat tree even. The vet tech reviewed my cats history and the veterinarian was amazing with my cat. My cat wasn't fighting or anything....she let the doctor examine her. My cat has been sneezing so they gave me allergy meds to try for 28 days. No pressure to get any more testing or xrays. And the visit with meds was so reasonable! I'm so pleased! I highly recommend this pet care center”

“Dr. Mersereau gives medical care of the highest quality — the kind you’d want for your most-cherished friends, which is what my cats have been to me. She is absurdly intelligent but explains things in a way anyone can understand. She also is kind and has always treated my cats as individuals, rather than as a list of diagnoses/ailments. She has the ideal balance of tact and candor when there are tough discussions to be had and tough decisions to be made. All the people she has hired — vet techs as well as front office team members — are smart, compassionate, patient, and they return calls when they say they will. Dr. Mersereau and her team have routinely taken the time to educate me about my cats and point out things I may not have noticed that are important and shouldn’t be ignored. There is not a single negative thing I can think of about the Cat Clinic of Fernandina. I feel so fortunate to live in close proximity to this clinic so that my cats have been able to receive their medical care from Dr. Mersereau and her team.”
