First visit was great. Dr. Mersereau, Becky, and Stephanie were amazing taking care of my Ivy. They were able to see my kitty the same day, under urgent care. I had peace of mind leaving with my Ivy.

This is an amazing place. Dr Mersereau, Becky, Kim, and Stephanie are caring, knowledgable, informed, clear communicators, and very easy to work with. I get the same level of excellent care regardless of the complexity of the problem we are handling. They have shown equal skill in handling my incredibly difficult cat as they do with my super easy kitties. In addition to excellent cat care, the admin side of this business is miles ahead of the other operations in our area. Often, when I call with an animal care question, Stephanie at the front desk is able to fully address my concern and I don't even need to speak with the doctor. Give them a try. You won't regret it.

The doctors took great care of my kiki for her vaccinations and were very informative and very on time. I liked waiting curbside and them grabbing her and bringing her back to me. Would wish there was wifi! The service sucks in this area :/
