“My air conditioner/heat pump stopped working on a suddenly hot day. Temperature in the house reached 79 degrees. We were truly miserable. Our Scotty's representative, Zack Sutherland, came to the house the same day we contacted him. He quickly diagnosed the problem as being the machines condenser fan motor, returned to Scotty's shop, and then back to our house where he and his team-mate installed a new condenser fan motor. We were enjoying cool air conditioning withing minutes. Truely fantastic service. We were and remain very impressed.
