2 days before a long and hot 4th of July weekend, our really old (23 years) A/C unit started making a loud noise then completely stopped working. I started freaking out and calling every company I could. Andy called me back within 5 mins of me leaving a message, and said he could be at my house within 2 hours. He was at my house as promised, immediately found the issue and lucky enough had the exact motor we needed on his truck. Within 2 hours he replaced the blower motor, and “Old Trustie” was purring and blowing cold air again. Stop messing around with all those other big companies that want rip you off.
