“Capri is a difficult dog and has been banned from Petco. I explained to Ken about Capri's mannerisms as he can sound like the Taz Manian Devil when his feet are touched 🤣. Ken reiterated the difficulty of grooming him, but Capri looked freaking awesome and Yeeeeesss to the smell. I was relieved not to get a phone call to get him early and hopefully becoming a regular will help my dogs temperament.

Pricing for me is great as I have had to pay for expedited services to have Capri groomed before😩.

Time: gave me an estimate of 2 1/2 hours and it was right on point. My dog is not cage broken/ trained. So I made sure to be right outside around pick up time.“
