“Capri is a difficult dog and has been banned from Petco. I explained to Ken about Capri's mannerisms as he can sound like the Taz Manian Devil when his feet are touched 🤣. Ken reiterated the difficulty of grooming him, but Capri looked freaking awesome and Yeeeeesss to the smell. I was relieved not to get a phone call to get him early and hopefully becoming a regular will help my dogs temperament.<br><br>Pricing for me is great as I have had to pay for expedited services to have Capri groomed before😩.<br><br>Time: gave me an estimate of 2 1/2 hours and it was right on point. My dog is not cage broken/ trained. So I made sure to be right outside around pick up time.”

“Keitha and her crew did a phenomenal job with my 3 miniature poodle puppies! The pups are my fosters and they recently came into our rescue from a kennel situation and they were in rough shape. I bathed them several times and tried to get their hair knots and matted hair brushed out and I barely made a dent. They really saved the day for their meet and greets tomorrow and now I feel more than confident they will be adopted! They did such an amazing job on the fosters that my roommate asked if they could squeeze his dog in. They did so great with him! He stinks after his baths - no matter what we do … but after his bath with them he smells amazing! Will 100% be coming back.<br><br>As someone who has previously worked in the grooming industry, communication and vibe are very important to me and to see how much the owner cares for and communicates about the animals was definitely a sense of relief. My dogs also were not nearly as a nerve wracked afterwards as I expected them to be, especially since prior to this appointment they had only been bathed in a salon setting twice before (I was doing their baths myself at home until my work schedule made it almost impossible.) their behavior afterwards had everything to do with the care the groomer and bather both showed them. Draco (staffie) was ready to play and Cas (older boy) was ready for a nap when we got home! Both showed no signs of nervousness and were wagging their tails when I picked them up.”
