By far the best experience. Ken was so patient and kind and it’s rare that my Charlie looks cute right after a groom, but he did after his first groom here! So happy to find a quality groomer in the area
Ken is so great with my 3-yr old Shih-tsu, Ernie. When I come to pick him up, he looks and smells so good and he whines when it's time to LEAVE!! That's deserving of 6th star if you ask me! Ken is open to suggestions and listens and follows through. Ernie has been there three times already and we'll be back!
Ken is wonderful and provides fast service. We have taken Wyclef three times and he comes back a new pup every time. The bandanas and small gifts are a really nice personable touch! Thanks Ken, we will be back
