First I want to say that I get so scared to leave my dogs ANYWHERE. I get worse sep anxiety than they do. I am very picky with who I pick, but Ken had excellent reviews, and I felt good about it. And I was right. He was AMAZING and so sweet. I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs there. He made me feel at ease and I can tell he was gentle with all of the dogs there. He just has a gentle personality. I have a 9 yr old maltipoo and a 1 yr old tomorrow toy maltese and I have NEVER taken her to a groomer yet bc she never leaves me. The older one is familiar with the groomers but its been a tough year and Ill admit I was slacking on her and I feel awful for it. But I dont… read full review
Capri is a difficult dog and has been banned from Petco. I explained to Ken about Capri's mannerisms as he can sound like the Taz Manian Devil when his feet are touched 🤣. Ken reiterated the difficulty of grooming him, but Capri looked freaking awesome and Yeeeeesss to the smell. I was relieved not to get a phone call to get him early and hopefully becoming a regular will help my dogs temperament.
Pricing for me is great as I have had to pay for expedited services to have Capri groomed before😩.
Time: gave me an estimate of 2 1/2 hours and it was right on point. My dog is not cage broken/ trained. So I made sure to be right outside around pick up time.
I would literally never trust any other groomer with my dog. Ken & his team are always so sweet to the dogs & will laugh off their crazy antics. You can tell they really love the dogs and just want to make them as comfortable as possible during their grooming. He also has a very generous stamp card loyalty system!
