As someone who has previously worked in the grooming industry, communication and vibe are very important to me and to see how much the owner cares for and communicates about the animals was definitely a sense of relief. My dogs also were not nearly as a nerve wracked afterwards as I expected them to be, especially since prior to this appointment they had only been bathed in a salon setting twice before (I was doing their baths myself at home until my work schedule made it almost impossible.) their behavior afterwards had everything to do with the care the groomer and bather both showed them. Draco (staffie) was ready to play and Cas (older boy) was ready for a nap when we got home! Both showed no signs of nervousness and were wagging their tails when I picked them up.“
