After recommendations from friends who use North Georgia Equipment, we called to have our 10-year-old HVAC system inspected and serviced. They were very professional, courteous, and efficient. We'd been having some issues with our Rheem unit, so we asked them to quote a new system, which we wanted to convert from natural gas to electric. We ended up purchasing a new Carrier system from them. We were so pleased with the entire process (servicing our old unit, ordering the new unit, installing it, and following up after the installation) that we will be using them for servicing our business systems. Our experience with NGE was excellent. They made the effort to come out to our place, which isn't in Rome. They gave us a great price on a new unit (lowest we could find), and everything went according to plan. I would highly recommend working with them in the future.

During this heat wave my upstairs AC went out ? This business was recommended to me by a coworker and it was a great recommendation ? The AC technician Jason arrived the next day and right on time.
