We had a power surge that caused a part to fail. I was so impressed by Andrew! He was younger and went out of his way to explain some basic AC knowledge with me…something I’m not used to seeing often, even from older individuals. I felt very comfortable even though it was just me and my kids. He even took the time to show me the coils and explained how to clean them properly.
