“This review is long overdue, I meant to submit it back in July when Kyle and his team from Allegiance Roofing & Exteriors helped me with siding repairs to my home.The siding on the home I purchased August of last year had a shoddy siding installation. The contractor that installed it had underestimated the required material, and used siding pieces trimmed from the first three exterior walls on the final wall. It ended being a patchwork of short siding scraps that did not extend down to the foundation slab. When siding ran short, they used a rough-sawn 1x12 at the bottom, which failed to cover down to the foundation slab. This left the wall without moisture integrity, and access to critters.After reading customer reviews online, I chose to call Allegiance Roofing and Exteriors. I completed an online quotation request, and was contacted by Kyle the owner himself within a few hours to set a time to come and provide the quotation.Kyle arrived at the agreed upon time, and provided a pair of quote options. The first addressed correcting moisture barrier and missing siding, the other to completely redo the entire wall with new siding and moisture barrier. I appreciate that Kyle provided a cost-effective solution that addressed the problem, as well as one that addressed the aesthetic aspect as well.Kyle's integrity with respect to providing his customers with solution options that fit whatever their financial situation is evident. In addition, Kyle's focus on customer satisfaction is demonstrated by his practice of being personally involved with every job.
