“Steven was very thorough, explained things very well and was pleasant and enjoyable. Great customer service skills. The questions don’t particularly cover what completely took place but he was a great representation for your company.
Thank you,”
“Update 5/26/26
I had to have follow up service and they sent Oneal. Thank God! He was super knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He made sure that I knew the root of all the issues I’m experiencing. He even spoke to my landlord on my behalf. I’m not taking anything from the other service technicians but I ONLY want Oneal to service my home from now on! He took care of me like I was family. That means a lot and speaks volumes to the company and staffing. Thank you!
Quinton was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and thorough. I am completely satisfied with the service he provided and the protection I’ll receive from pure defense.
Update 9/3/26
No one can hold a candle to O’Neal Mayes! He knocked down all the spider webs and thoroughly sprayed inside and outside my home. He always makes sure I’m very well educated about pest prevention. After he leaves, I’m CONFIDANT I WILL NOT SEE any insects, pests or rodents. He takes care of my home like he would his own. That’s why I’m loyal to Pure Defense but most importantly O’Neal Mayes!!!!”
