I have been a customer of EcoShield going on 3 plus years and is very satisfied with their services. I am writing this review regarding Al Booker services. I am a retired General Motors manager and is very familiar with customer satisfaction. Al's communication skills, workmanship, attention to details, subject knowledge, and overall ability to relate to what is expected from the customer's point of view is Outstanding. I am thoroughly satisfied with EcoShield / Al's service. I personally feel EcoShield staff have operated at a high commitment to excellence. I highly recommend EcoShield to others.

Great customer service. Wasn’t placed on interminable hold, customer service rep helped me connect with local office promptly. Explained my issue and and was immediately set up for an appointment within the next two days. Very polite and efficient service from Jestine G! Definitely five star ⭐️ customer service!

I had to make a last minute cancellation due to all the Christmas decorations on the house. I called and spoke with DC, and although it was last minute cancellation he was very accommodating and understanding of my situation. I appreciated that, and the customer care that was given. Well done!!
