I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The Customer Service from Kaitlyn was outstanding and she was able to work in a service around my a crazy schedule. The technician service from Durel was top notch! He was very thorough assessing the problem with my system and took the time to explain everything to me. He didn’t have the part needed but he was back out less than 24Hrs later to fix it. I highly suggest doing business with Ferguson!
Always a pleasure to work with Ferguson! Mathew was here to service my a/c, and as usual, did an outstanding job!! I love knowing Ferguson will be here for any needs or emergencies. Great company and awsome people!!
I called Ferguson Heating & Air this morning about a problem with our heat furnace. Mathew and Kyle were here in less than 2 hours, and fixed our heating issue. Wife is happy, so I am happy. Thats why I always call Ferguson Heating & Air for my HVAC services!!
