Dan & Robb were great to work with. They were at my house within 1 hour of calling them with an A/C & heating issue. They were prompt, answered all my questions, and more importantly were straight forward. I highly recommend using them for any HVAC needs.

A Degree Above was recommended to us by a family member. We called for maintenance on our 2 units. They were able to get someone scheduled to come out in a short amount of time. I received a text confirming appointment info as well as another informing me of when the technician was on his way. It impressed me that there was also a picture so I knew who I was letting into my home. Dan, our technician, was on time, was ready with booties over his shoes and was very professional. He explained what he did and what he found in terms anyone could understand. He also got rid of the incessant humming coming from one of my return vents!
