I recently had the opportunity to work with Anne Metcalf at Laser Cutting & Engraving, LLC, on a project that involved etching a menu my deceased wife had written on to a cutting board shaped piece of wood. She, and her Company, were absolutely wonderful to work with. They (she) did everything they were supposed to do, in a timely manner, and for the price quoted. The Boards look GREAT. Upon entrance I was captured. The owner is so sweet, knowledgeable, and informative as was the hostess. They have enthusiastic artists and such a special vibe in house. Teak Mafia made an awesome Sea Ray table for our 44’ Dancer and it’s beautiful! Everyone asks where we got it. They installed it and included a great cover! Would highly recommend them!

Rented from them recently, and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. My hitch had the wrong size ball for the trailer and I'd forgotten the key for the locking hitch pin, so they set me up with a 'loaner ball' as well... Pickup and drop-off were super-easy, and they'll definitely getting my business in the future!!

Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. Cindy was my initial contact person when inquiring about a tank for my gas logs.
She set me up with Buck, the manager, for a site inspection. Buck was very knowledgeable and professional. He located the ideal spot for my tank and verified the gas logs and home gas lines were okay.
David and his helper came out and set the new tank, ran the new gas line from the tank to my house, and throughly explained everything.
If I owned a gas company I’d hope I could find folks of this caliber to represent it. All top notch!

I have only recently entered into the world of nails and went to one place prior to coming. Needless to say my inexperience caused me to accept mediocre quality. After my first visit here, I was able to see qualitative differences and have not ventured anywhere since January of this year. I would recommend VIP nails to anyone for both nail or waxing services.
