This animal hospital is so great! I called in because I woke up and my cat had a hematoma! They were able to schedule us for a walk-in (we were new patients) and took care of it so quickly. All of the staff was incredibly kind and compassionate. They are some of the friendliest staff I have been with at a vet. They listened to all of my concerns, asked great questions, and throughly explained all diagnoses and treatment plans. Dr. David Porter was so kind and you could tell he genuinely cares for the pet patients and pet parents! I have been to other vets in the area and I would not want to take my fur baby anywhere else!

Absolutely love OAH and Dr Porter. I’ve been going there several years and with numerous pets. They’ve always done right for my pets and by me. They have treated me with the upmost respect and all staff has been great with my fur babies.

Oakwood Animal Hospital was very helpful to me. On my first visit I brought in my very frightened 11 year old rescued dog who had somehow badly hurt her eye. They treated her with wonderful care and great attention to detail. I am so glad Oakwood Animal Hospital was recommended to me. Marilyn Gilhuly
