Today was my first time coming to vip. I had a horrible experience at another nail salon and asked if they could fix my nails. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and felt welcome. They didn’t waste anytime and got started. Their energy and vibes was incredible and had good conversations. This will be my go to from here on out. I have never walked into a salon that made me feel like these ladies did today. I’m beyond happy with my nails and the best experience that you will never have anywhere else. Brought my daughter here to get a mani pedi prior to her trip to the beach. From entering the store it was a very welcoming experience. Very clean store and accommodating staff. My daughter got a pampered treatment and a really cool nail design to show off on Gulf Shores.

It was clean and modern looking inside. Everyone was friendly, no wait times. My pedicure was great! However, I got tips on my nails and all but 2 of the nails aren’t attached to my natural nail. Leaving a gap in between allowing water, and other things to get stuck inside. Other than that my nails look great.
