Cool Ray AC technician was fabulous. Our AC was not working properly. They scheduled us same day which we greatly appreciated. We had a leak so needed new unit. Came out next day to install. This company is 100 A+ for customer service. Our neighbors referred us and this is a business we will continue to do business with, just as our neighbors do. They train their employees well and expect high standards from them thus providing excellent care, respect and expertise for homeowner.
My A/C stopped working, I called Coolray and they came a couple of hours later. Reagan Lumley was professional. He explained what was happening and fixed it. I’m very happy with the work done.
