“Meghan did my hair a few days ago and I am very happy with it! I’ve been to a few of the more expensive salons down toward Atlanta when I first moved here and didn’t like my hair this much. I’ve also been allover Dawsonville and though some did a pretty good job, they certainly didn’t have the great personality Meghan has! She is darling!
Other salons just didn’t listen to what I wanted. They acted like they heard and understood me but would do the exact opposite. So, I stayed frustrated.

I have thyroid disease and had extremely low iron for years that really hurt my hair. Each pregnancy also destroyed my hair and it never recovered. I also think my hair may be somewhat difficult to get exactly what I like, considering I pull warm(my grandmothers, both brothers and
most my cousins are redheads)but she accomplished it somehow! Better than anyone else around here has.

Her prices are also less than I’m used to at all but one other salon. I’m very happy!“

“I walked in an hour before closing to ask for a bangs cut. They were all really busy but when they found out I was going to cut my own bangs they asked me to wait and let them check with Tiffany before she left. All the girls were super friendly and I'm going back for a hair cut next week. Tiffany cut my bangs exactly how I like them.“

“It is very hard to find a stylist who is not only good, but who can do what I request and not make the simple layered haircut I asked for-- make me look hideous. I have very thick and puffy hair and if the layers are too short, they make me look like Dora since the layers are super obvious!

Ashley is a great stylist (the real Ashley, I believe sometimes her mom whose named Araceli, acts as her. I can only speak from my experience with Ashley directly), who's very educated and well informed on exactly staying within the bounds of what you want, while also adding her personal touch and staying realistic on what she can do. She is a bit sassy at times, but I like them with a little sass lol“

“Evelyn was absolutely amazing!! It’s been quite a few years since having my hair professionally cut. My hair was pretty long and I wanted a huge change. Evelyn was extremely patient with me cause I was clueless and had no idea what cut or color would be best. All I knew was that my hair was thinning dull and I just hated it. I was there for about 5 hours for cut color and highlight. I used so much box dye that the bleach just wasn’t working. She took her time and made sure not to damage my hair. I’ll be going back in a few weeks to fix some spots that just wouldn’t lighten. I’m soooo happy I made the choice to go to Dahlonega Beauty Room over all the other options I had.
