“My 10 year old granddaughter has wanted highlights from the time she was 7. I took her to Tiffany at Fantastic Sam's, and we are very pleased with her and the results. We told her that she was going into the 5th grade and needed layers plus the highlights. A " big girl " haircut plus a little lift. Tiffany was fantastic with my granddaughter and was pleasant to talk with. Not to mention that she took extra care not to go overboard with the color and haircut. We will definitely return, and I might even get her to do something with my mop of a hair-do!“
