“My family has trusted Scroggs Funeral Directors with several family members with excellent service.The passing of my sister was the first time I had personal made arrangements for a funeral service.I was so grieved and no idea what to do. I couldn't even think straight and was so overwhelmed. John met with me with such patience and understanding my fears turned calm. He took the time to listen to my grief, which allowed me to make hard decisions. Stacey was introduced and together they helped me plan a beautiful service for my sister. They told me truth that was hard for anyone to have to say to a grieving family member from the beginning so I would be prepared.Due to the circumstances surrounding her death and the timely manner of when they would receive her body, she might not be able to be viewed publicly,only privately if we chose. So John my a plan for either way. John gave so much grace with my budget without compromising quality and beauty.I never loss contact with John or Stacy the entire four days it took to get things together. When I got the call from Stacy to bring my sister's clothes, I got to the funeral home late and they had left for the day. Margie spotted my car in the parking lot and turned around to in case it was me. I have never had a business that cares so much about the client. I truly felt as if Margie,John and Stacy were family. In the end Stacy worked a miracle with my sisters condition,She was beautiful and looked as if she was sleeping in peace . The entire family got to see her and say good night.
