“I liked this funeral parlor it was nice, clean, and all the men were courteous and helpful however it always be that 1 person the older lady she was rude, i think her head is shaved or maybe she going bald from being so nasty to ppl when she talk, its not what you say, its how you say it that makes a difference! and then to have a scrunched up face while talking to ppl is even more ridiculous. when being in customer service its important to remember our tones facial expressions ect esp when dealing with ppl who are grieving,“
“I would highly recommend Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home & Crematory. Bill, Christine and the entire team was professional, respectful, so kind and considerate to me during the loss of my mom. I live in Memphis now and my mom did as well at the time she passed away. I was concerned with getting her back to the Peachtree City area, but once Bill and Christine walked me through the process and told me everything that would happen, I immediately felt at ease. “The staff at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens and Mrs. Bankston are a god sent. From the very start of the burial process of our son they were excellent at helping us through the heat breaking process. We love how they continued to keep the grounds more like a beautiful peaceful park than land or the dead. We can peacefully remember our love ones and enjoy nature. The way in which they take the time and care during such a sensitive time is unlike any other in my experience. They truly care about you, take time to show they care, listen and will continually care for your love one throughout the years.Death of a love one is painful enough without having someone treating you like its just business as usual.
