While I was so out of it and did not want to be there she calmly waited while consoling me until I got it together. She also had the patience of a Saint because I took my own time to respond to her questions. She made one of the most difficult process in our lives so easy and less stressful. She made each decision so seamless and the task easier and the weight much lighter.Thank you to the gentlemen who tranported my dad to the funeral home you were very professional,compassionate and patient with us. Also, thank you to the ladies who helped my friend with the balloons in the room because I refused to go in.I will say everything was done very professionally and with compassion from start to finish. “Brad and staff were absolutely amazing, they made everything feel personal. They allowed our family to come in and spend as much time with our loved one as we needed. They were ready for us for any questions and concerns we might have. Brad made our loved ones obituary sound like it came straight from the heart. We've known him for 20+ years and he went above and beyond for us. Renee(not so sure she spells it like that) really went above and beyond during the burial service.
