“I just left my lash lift appointment. Val was wonderful! She answered all of my questions, explained each step of the process, and kept me informed throughout the entire appointment. Her professionalism and customer service were excellent.

As for the lash lift itself, I learned that it's just not for me. I honestly prefer the look I get from using mascara, as I've had better results with that. While the service wasn't what I was hoping for, that's simply a matter of personal preference and not a reflection of the quality of care I received.

I would definitely return to see Val again, but next time I'll opt for actual lash extensions instead of a lash lift. Thank you, Val, for making the experience comfortable and informative! 😊“
