“Today I came in as a walk in. The atmosphere in the salon was welcoming and very nice. EVERYONE was friendly. I showed Kathy a picture of the color I wanted and she made it happen. From start to finish Kathy made sure I was okay, I guess she could tell I was nervous since this was the first time every I was coloring my hair. She let me know she would take good care of my hair. My experience was amazing. When I say she Nailed it. KATHY NAILED IT. My hair looks amazing it is exactly the color from the picture. Mind you it was a balayage color blend. But she nailed it 110% I am so happy with this color and my hair looks and feels amazing. I will definitely recommend and will be coming back myself again and again. Thank you again for making this experience one to remember.I really appreciate the time and effort you took with me today, it's was a long process. But Kathy was very attentive and patient she took her time I never felt like she was rushing. I am very pleased with her professionalism. “Very friendly, though she did not introduce herself so I didn't get her name. She did a great job fixing up the at home styling mess I had created. I would recommend to anyone.who isn't looking for the "salon" experience and just needs a cute affordable cut and color done by a seasoned professional.My only criticisms were it's definitely a no frills kind of place. So don't be expecting to be ultra pampered so there's no water or coffee and tea service or beer and wine ( I used to love going to the salon back in Boston on Thursday or Friday evening for just this little extra they threw in) They do a good job and she kept good conversation. They weren't busy at all and I think that's due to her location more than anything. I drove right by the place because it's a little hard to spot, but other than those what I would consider minor things, I had a great experience and my hair looks fantastic“
