I have been at JCV for 12 years. Dr. Kim is a good vet and I've met some nice vets that cover shifts for them. Love Hudson, Sara and Marla!! I've seen a lot of the front desk staff come and go which is hard because that's who we interact with the most. I must say Lori Bowen has always been so amazing!! She makes a pet parents life so much easier with being knowledgeable, kind and helpful.

I feel truly blessed to have found Dr. Kim. My previous vet of 20 years is no longer practicing in this area, and finding an avian vet is no easy task. Dr. Kim graciously agreed to see my Double Yellow Amazon who is very persnickety regarding who can handle her and she did amazingly. Kudos and my thanks to Dr. Kim and the staff who were very pleasant and helpful.

The office is clean and welcoming everyone is professional. The staff is beyond amazing I've gone to this offices several times with my cat Chewy. He's received excellent care. They are always happy to help, and understand you might not always be able to afford treatment. They work with you to find a middle ground. I will always take my beloved Chewy here every-time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
