“Lauren and Ramona handled our roofing needs better than I could have ever expected. We met Ramona by pure happenstance because of our dogs at Reformation Brewery during the week before the closing on our house which needed a new roof within a week for us to be able to get insurance and close on our house. Ramona followed through the next day, set up the estimate, got us the best price with better shingles than I was quoted from another company, and hit the ground running to hurry up and get the crew to install our roof within a couple of days after we closed on our house. It was such a smooth experience with great people!

Just want to add that Peter (the supervisor for the crew during removal and installation) was just plain awesome! He’s a comedian, loves playing instruments, and keeps the install day fun! One single day to remove and install a new roof that looks beautiful! We went with the green shingles to be different and it turned out better than we expected!

“Dylan and his crew are top notch! We have had some less than stellar experiences with other companies/contractors, and this was like a breath of fresh air. Dylan’s quotes came back much more reasonable than others, and he was very attentive to my vision - even without the right words to describe it. His crew is the most respectful, laying plastic over all the floors, taping off a room of plastic to minimize the dust, and cleaning up each day. We had the ‘kids’ upstairs bathroom gutted and built from scratch. When the inevitable hiccups occurred along the way, Dylan made it right - even at cost to himself. Small things matter to him and he makes sure everything is what we wanted. While his crew was doing the bathroom, I decided to take off paneling in a bedroom - not thinking through what the underlying wall would look like. Needless to say, it was a disaster, and Dylan was able to give another reasonable quote to fix the walls and repaint that room - while doing the other job! A few weeks later we had them come back to replace the kitchen backsplash and turn our kitchen island. It was quick (2 days), and they worked with us as we had counters installed. When the floor wasn’t quite right, he came back out to make it right. Everyone we have met and worked with at StormRoof Systems has been kind, professional, and cares about our home. We have already given their name to 4 friends and family members - and will continue to do so. We cannot recommend them enough!!“

“We have used SWAT Services for over twenty years and have been very pleased with the work done by SWAT technicians. We were about ready for a wildlife reinspection, but we had a real issue that needed to be addressed right away. I called SWAT yesterday and Matt and Julio, his assistant, were here before 10 am this morning. They were amazing!

A bird had been trapped inside the wall near the fireplace; I managed to get him out of the wall through the side of the fireplace into the living room and out the front door but couldn't figure out how he got inside the wall in the first place. When I explained what had happened to Matt, he went up on the roof and Julio went into the attic. Matt identified the problem at once and explained what needed to be done to correct it. We already had wire mesh around the flue but there was a space around another part of the flue that needed additional mesh. Now I have before and after videos of our wildlife-proof chimney.
