Our deck was in need of structural repairs after years of water damage caused by faulty under deck installation by a different contractor. The team at Nelson made the project easy from start to finish! Jake was great to work with on the Sales side. He was super responsive, professional without being pushy, and provided his honest opinion of our situation including multiple options at various price points. The construction crew was great as well...timely, hardworking, and respectful. And the end result both looks great and feels very solid. Nelson Exteriors just completed a project at our home, and we could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was done professionally, correctly and with a high degree of workmanship. The Job coordinator Lyndsey Trice and project manager Lazaro. Rodriquez were both standouts and consummate professionals during the entire process. The crews who worked on our property were organized and displayed a fantastic work ethic. Amazingly, they also appeared to be happy while working. How refreshing! We had our entire house painted (looks like new,) exterior carpentry repairs and had our deck remodeled.
