Excellence vs perfection
We received excellent service. The expectation that we agreed on was excellence because perfection on my old home was not feasible. I wanted the team to focus on doing excellent work they could be proud of. We combed out all that needed to be done and even though the the temp was above 95 degrees, they did excellent work. I was also impressed by the quick response to remeding some work that had to be corrected. The siding option was also a great and inexpensive way to fix the woodpecker damaged side of our home

I had a piece of siding fall off of my house that a myriad of companies were not interested in fixing due to it not being a more comprehensive project. Schantz was the only one to call me back and did a great job in repairing the damage quickly! I look forward to using them again if I ever fully replace.
I hired Schantz Home Improvement after needing the cap of my chimney repainted, from the recommendation of a neighbor getting the same work done. I called Liz in the afternoon, after sending over photos I had a quote back the next day, and was on the schedule early the next week. This was not an easy job, but the crew climbed 3+ stories and the chimney cap looks good as new. Appreciate the quick response, and timeliness of the job getting done from first call, highly recommend and will use them again!
