Schantz recently installed a new roof on my home. Schantz came out when they said they would, provided me with a complete estimate, started and completed the work on time. Quality materials were used and Liz was friendly, knowledgeable about working with insurance companies and patient with me. Best experience I have had and I would recommend this company to anyone needing home repairs. I can't thank them enough for a job well done.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

We decided to replace our 20 year old roof, gutters and some siding on our almost 40 year old house. We obtained 3 estimates that were fairly close with Schantz in the middle. Part of our roofing replacement solution included a 7 year old porch roof that one company, due to the existing roof being glued on, over engineered to replace and another overlooked entirely. Schantz He suggested to not replace it now as it wasn't leaking or necessary. They also said we had another 5 years left on the existing home roof. Since we are in our mid 70's and things are not getting cheaper we opted to replace it now before the leaks and/or problems began but we appreciated the honesty....read full review

I got three windows installed in my home and Schantz could not have been any better. The windows look great, Liz helped me sort out a situation with my HOA board, and she was super helpful in figuring out a date to get everything done. Would absolutely use Schantz again.
