“From the first day Jenna Hill (the owner) came to give me a quote, to the last touch-up day -- the entire team was incredible, reliable, clean, and organized. I have a very busy job and the fact that I could trust the entire crew to stay organized and meet the deadlines (actually, they even finished the project early), was simply incredible. One thing that I particularly appreciate is how they are very clear about what they can do, and how we need to prepare. No empty promises to make a sale! There’s a pre-site visit where a team of ~4 people come to discuss specific logistics before the project begins. When the project began, Chad, the production manager, would send emails at the end of each day to let us know when the crew would arrive and what was planned for that day. The crew would then arrive (punctually) and clean up when they were done for the day. It's very obvious that the entire team (not just the management or sales team as it’s often the case!) is on the same page when it comes to meeting clients' expectations and ensuring a clear communication -- from the painters, to the carpenters, to the project manager, the design team, and Jenna. Thank you to Jenna, Chad, Laure and the entire team for a fantastic job.We look forward to working with you again -- keep up the good work!“

“We could not have been happier with our decision to use California Closets in the walk-in closet for our master bedroom. The design process was quick, transparent, detailed and gave us 3-D images to see exactly what each part of the closet would look like when finished. We decided to use mostly open shelves and open areas to hang clothes and Sidney, our designer, was right on the mark about the size of the various areas based on the amount of clothing we had. The installer came on time and finished everything in less than one full day. We had taken out our old shelving and did the caulking and painting ourselves. It looks wonderful. Overall we felt the price was very reasonable.“

We decided to head back to the first place we saw that offered a quote and honestly didn’t expect that they would have the same remnant available 6 months later. Baldemar kindly guided us through the final process (including the edging and delivery) and the transaction from start to end was more than pleasant.
